How Do I Setup a UniPass account on Kollect and Setup the Platform?
Purchasing and minting NFT's is a piece of cake with Kollect!
Kollect is a new NFT marketplace powered by Nervos to make purchasing and minting NFT’s easier than ever before. Let’s walk through signing-up and purchasing our very first NFT.
First, browse to Kollect and the following appears:
Next, click Log-in with UniPass.
Click Sign-Up.
You must sign-up with a supported mailbox above and then click Send to receive a verification code.
Goto your email account and grab your code.
Enter your code and click Next.
Next, set a strong password and confirm as shown below:
Click Continue.
You have now successfully created your Unipass account. You will now be asked to confirm your identity. Click OK.
Sign the message to complete.
Next, create a 6 character pin code and confirm it.
Once confirmed, you are signed into Kollect and can create a user name. Click Save and Continue when done choosing your name.
We are now ready to configure your Profile. Click Continue.
Click your Profile name (below). You can upload a photo and enter your Social Platform information. In addition, you can manage your collections, minted tokens and purchase history.
Furthermore, Kollect uses Stripe to accept credit card payments. Keep in mind that there is a steep 10% fee if you use a credit card. Below is an example of what you can do with your Kollect profile. Go ahead and make it your own!
Let’s send some CKB to Kollect. Click on My Wallet above to get your CKB address. This is the address needed to send your CKB. Please see below on how to purchase and send CKB to Kollect.
We now have 2000 CKB on the Wallet. In our next post, we will purchase our first NFT on the Kollect Marketplace and transfer to everythingNervos.bit.
